New build scheme of six bungalows for Karbon Homes in Prudhoe

Background

NB Clark was engaged by client Karbon Homes to deliver a £1 million new build scheme of six bungalows at The Haven in Prudhoe.

The six new two-bedroom bungalows replaced 10 one-bedroom bungalows, which no longer met customers’ housing needs. With all units available for affordable rent, they provide more modern, spacious and accessible accommodation, particularly for older people in the area.

Project scope

NB Clark delivered the full scope of works for this social housing project. This included demolishing the existing structures, adding new drainage to the site, and fully constructing all six new dwellings and footpaths, roads and landscaping.
