Development of nine new dwellings for Karbon Homes in Pity Me

Background

NB Clark was contracted to complete another new build scheme for long-standing client Karbon Homes at one of its latest developments, The Forge in Pity Me, County Durham.

This £1.8 million project saw us deliver nine social housing units, all three-bed semi-detached homes.

Project scope

NB Clark delivered the full scope of works for this social housing project. This included adding new drainage to the site, and fully constructing all dwellings and footpaths, roads and landscaping.
