Background

Clark Homes is the residential arm of NB Clark, and it has built a reputation for its bespoke design approach to new-build developments. Following on from its hugely successful site of fourteen Scandi-style houses at Anchorage Point in 2020 and 2021, its second Amble development is still ongoing at its Gloster Hill Farm site, comprising twelve stone and slate new builds and six incredible barn conversions.

Project scope

Over the several phases of development in Amble, NB Clark has delivered and overseen all work on-site as the principal contractor – from groundworks and drainage to the design, build and/or restoration of all properties and footpaths, roads and landscaping.
